*With the help of concerned residents from London, the citizens of Essex County are taking their deep concern about the proposed cuts to maternity services at the Leamington Hospital, on the road to the office of Deb Matthews, in her new Cabinet position of President of the Treasury Board of Ontario (senior cabinet position in charge of forcing through the cuts). Londoners are showing solidarity and will help to deliver over 360 newborn hats – symbolic of the 360+ births each year in Leamington – to Ms. Matthews’ office.
