In Toronto 12 p.m. Gather outside Union Station for a rally
then march up to Queen’s Park for a giant protest
groups will be joining in along the way

Seats are first come, first served. After you register, we will send you an email with all of this information and more.
We will be getting on VIA Rail or GO Transit trains from Aldershot (Hamilton), Barrie, Brampton, Cornwall, Guelph, Kingston, Kitchener, London, Mississauga, Niagara, Oakville, Oshawa, Ottawa, Windsor, and Woodstock. (For those from Sudbury – the train only runs twice a week as you know. We invite you to carpool or travel down and jump on the GO Train with us in Barrie.)
Morning of May 28 – arrive at your train station at least 45 minutes before departure to meet your train captain at a designated area.
If you are late, you will miss being given your ticket and getting on your train.The trains will go to Union Station in downtown Toronto. After the protest at Queen’s Park, we will return to Union Station and get on trains back to the same town you came from.
TRAIN DEPARTURE & RETURN TIMES
We have bought entire train cars and blocks of tickets for the following trains. At each place, we will gather at the VIA/GO station and travel together. You must reserve your seat to get on board!
For people arriving at Union Station early, there will be a comfy room to sit in once you disembark. More info will be provided once you reserve your seat.

Cancellation
Once you have filled in and submitted your registration, please do not cancel because it is expensive if you do. We have to pay for every ticket whether or not registrants show up. If there truly is a crisis and you must cancel, please email us at info@OntarioHC.ca with the subject line CANCEL. Please do not cancel the night before or morning of the protest leaving us unable to fill your seat.
Accessibility
There are accessibility accommodations on VIA Rail and GO Transit. Please contact your station of departure and Union Station in Toronto if you need to plan for accommodations. VIA Rail and GO Transit need to know in advance. We do not have the staff capacity to manage accommodations.
